Novaspect Operating Facilities
Timothy J. Holcer received a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from UMR in 1974. Holcer also received an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois in 1992.
From 1975 to 1980, Holcer worked for Fisher Controls International, Inc. in Marshalltown, Iowa, now a Division of Emerson Electric. In 1980, he went to work for General Meters & Controls (now Novaspect, Inc.), an Emerson Process Management Local Business Partner in Chicago, Illinois. In October of 1995, he became President and CEO of Novaspect Operating Facilities throughout the upper Midwest. In 2008, he transitioned the ownership and leadership of Novaspect, Inc. to his Management Team.
Holcer is a past Chairman of Emerson Process Managements Local Business Partners Association in North American named Strategic Growth Partners. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several businesses and non-profit organizations.
Holcer is married to Marilyn (37 years) and has 2 children, Tim Scott and Jennifer who are both married and residing in the Chicago area along with Holcer’s first grandchild, Dylan.
