Vice President, Global Marketing, Johnson & Johnson
Dr. Lisa Baganoff Gaynor is currently Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Analytics at Johnson and Johnson. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. While at MSM-UMR, Lisa held the positions of President and Vice President with Chi Omega Fraternity. Lisa has worked extensively in US and Global marketing research across all phases of the product lifecycle from early development to management of in-line brands. She started her career with Roche Diagnostics; formerly Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics.
In 1991, Lisa moved to Bayer Corporation, where she held positions of increasing responsibility within US Marketing Research and Portfolio Management & Decision Support. In 1997, she joined Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), where her last position was Senior Director, Global Marketing Research. Her primary responsibilities at BMS were to lead global marketing research teams in support of full development and launch stages, and to drive development of processes, frameworks, and tools designed to standardize and align marketing research efforts with the product development process. Lisa joined Johnson & Johnson in 2003, as Executive Director, Global Marketing Research. As of 2004, she has held the position of Vice President, Global Marketing and Business Analytics.
Lisa currently serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management. She has authored a paper in the European Urology journal. In 2006, she received a TWIN award for leadership by the YWCA.
