About Gregory McClain

Gregory D. McClain of Cedar Falls, Iowa, John Deere Engine Works. McClain received a bachelor of science degree in engineering management and mechanical engineering from UMR in 1972 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton in 1976. He has more than 29 years of leadership experience at John Deere and is a former examiner for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award’s Board of Examiners.
