About Jeffery L. Cook

Jeffrey (Jeff) L. Cook is the Co-Founder and CEO of ARCO Construction Company, Inc. ARCO Companies are design-build general contracting firms with a $200 million annual volume. ARCO Construction, Inc. specializes in designing and constructing new or renovating existing office buildings, warehouse buildings, bulk distribution centers and light manufacturing facilities on a national basis. ARCO Construction is associated with The Murray Company (Tampa, FL and Chicago, IL), ARCO Design/Build construction Company, Inc. (Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA) and ARCO Beverage Group (St. Louis, MO), ARCO National Construction Company (St. Louis, MO), design-build general contracting firms, with 175+ associates nationwide.

Prior to co-founding ARCO Construction Company, Inc., he worked for the Missouri Highway Department for 1983 to 1985. He also worked as a general contractor, from 1985 to 1992. In 1992, Dick Arnoldy and Mr. Cook co-founded ARCO to do design/build general contacting. Since inception, the combined companies have approximately one billion dollars of design/build work and are on track to successfully complete approximately $250 million in 2005.

Mr. Cook received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management at the University of Missouri-Rolla. He also has a Professional Engineer License.
